Trade Electrical is part of the Brian Bell Group of Companies.

Our Port Moresby and Lae branches are currently seeking experienced and enthusiastic individuals to join our teams which are expanding.

We are seeking to hire into these roles:

*Sales Representative

*Counter sales personnel

*Admin sales support personnel

To be considered for these roles in either POM or LAE, you will have:

• Demonstrated experience in wholesale electrical, including experience with third party relationships (preferred but not essential)

• Experience and knowledge in solar sales and installation is highly desirable with exposure to various electrical stock, products and electrical components

• Substantial knowledge of wholesale electrical, in particular electrical installation and commissioning processes and products. (preferred but not essential)

• Proven Sales Management and achievement of sales targets

• Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to influence outcomes in a fast phased and multi facet commercial environment

• Built upon existing clients and create new client base in order achieve set quarterly targets

• Demonstrated ability to achieving quarterly budgets which is highly desirable

• Electrical and wholesale experience but not essential

• A current and valid driver’s license is highly desirable

• A successful track record of identifying opportunities and developing new business

• You will live and breathe sales – in ensuring your sales teams exceed their monthly targets

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple and competing demands – and most importantly, delivering on targets

• Ability to perform well in a self-directed and fast-paced environment, with resilience and the ability to keep remain focused and not lose sight of the overall vision
